01 — The context
La Cloche is a Savoyard bar and grill on the port of Dinan, at the foot of the steep Rue du Jerzual. The restaurant had no website: chalkboards, a Facebook page and online reviews.
02 — What we built
Three directions before any code
Three art directions were presented before a single line of code. The restaurant chose “L'Auberge du Petit Fort”: stone, parchment, brass and wine red, with period typefaces.
The menu, online and up to date
The 38 dishes, copied from the chalkboards, are sorted by category. The restaurant changes a price or adds a dish from its admin area.
What you need to get there
Opening hours, phone number, directions to the port, customer reviews and a word from the owner, with nothing superfluous.
03 — Delivered
What the website can do.
- Bespoke art direction
- Menu editable by category
- Editable opening hours
- A word from the owner and customer reviews
- Local SEO
