EMERY SERVICES (KodeNet) hosts its clients' websites. If you see content on one of them, or on kodenet.fr, that you believe is illegal (infringement, breach of privacy or reputation, hate speech, scam…), report it here. This is our point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, in French or English.
What happens next
- An acknowledgement is sent to you by email.
- We look at the content promptly, with the client concerned.
- If it is illegal, we remove it or make it inaccessible; the client is told why.
- We tell you our decision and its reasons. If you disagree, reply to that email: we will look at your report again.
If someone is in danger, also alert the authorities. Authorities can write to us directly at contact@kodenet.fr.
