Services

What we build, and how.

From showcase websites to business tools, everything is hand-coded, hosted by us and looked after over time. Each service opens here like an app, with an animated example: most of them already run for our clients.

Showcase websites

The website that presents your business, your services and your contact details, designed for your trade rather than built on a bought theme. You keep it up to date yourself from a simple admin area designed around your content: opening hours, prices, menu, events, news.

  • Bespoke design in your brand identity
  • Admin area built around your content
  • Fast pages, easy to read on a phone
  • Essential SEO and structured data

Booking & payments

A booking module built around the way you work: your resources, your opening hours, your prices by time of day. Payments go through Stripe (card, SEPA direct debit for memberships) and every booking feeds the customer's history, with no third-party tool to pay for on top.

  • Real-time availability
  • Card payments, direct debit for memberships
  • Email confirmation and reminder
  • Automatic customer history

Client & member portals

A private area for your clients or members: they find their documents, reports and history, and you spend less time on the phone. Everyone only sees what concerns them, and files are protected.

  • Secure login, one account per person
  • Documents and invoices to download
  • History and reports at hand
  • Email notifications

Mobile apps

When a website is no longer enough: orders, loyalty cards, job tracking, notifications. An iPhone and Android app connected to the same data as your website and admin area, and published on the App Store and Google Play.

  • iPhone and Android
  • Push notifications
  • Same data as your website
  • Published on the stores

Windows & Mac software

Working offline, driving hardware (label printer, scales, barcode reader), handling heavy files: some tools are happier installed on the computer. We build them for Windows and Mac, with automatic updates and sync with your online data.

  • Windows and Mac
  • Works offline
  • Automatic updates
  • Synced with your online data

Business tools

When off-the-shelf software forces you to change your habits, we build the opposite: a tool shaped around your trade. Numbered PDF quotes, price configurators, a team calendar, job reports filled in on the phone.

  • Quotes and PDF documents on your letterhead
  • Price configurators
  • Team calendar synced with phones
  • AI assistant to draft quotes

E-invoicing

From 1 September 2027, French micro, small and medium-sized businesses will have to issue their invoices electronically, through a platform approved by the tax authorities. We connect your website or business tool to Pennylane, an approved platform: you create the invoice where you work, Pennylane numbers it, sends it and archives it.

  • Invoices created from your website or business tool
  • Quote accepted, invoice in one click
  • Numbering, sending and archiving by Pennylane
  • A copy of every invoice in your area
  • Your accountant sees everything live
  • With your Pennylane account and its API access
Invoices — pro area
Demo example: an invoice issued by Pennylane from a pro area

01

From your website

The invoice is created where you already work: after a job, a booking or an accepted quote. No more typing things twice.

02

Issued by Pennylane

As an approved platform, Pennylane numbers the invoice, converts it to the electronic format and sends it to your customer.

03

Followed by your accountant

Your accountant finds it straight away in Pennylane, and a copy stays filed in your own area.

The reform timeline

  1. 1 September 2026

    In force

Every French business must be able to receive e-invoices; large and mid-sized companies already issue them.

  2. 1 September 2027

    in 11 months

Micro, small and medium-sized businesses start issuing e-invoices too, through an approved platform.

What changes on your invoices

Between businesses, an invoice will have to be sent in an electronic format (Factur-X, UBL or CII) through an approved platform: a PDF sent by email will no longer do. Four details become mandatory: your customer's SIREN number, the delivery address if it differs, the type of transaction (goods, services or both) and, where applicable, the option to account for VAT on debits. Your private customers still receive a PDF: only the sales data is reported to the tax authorities.

AI assistant & automation

Artificial intelligence working to save you time: an assistant that drafts a quote from your notes and your calendar, which you review before sending. And everything that can be calculated or sent automatically is: reminders, follow-ups, reports.

  • AI-drafted quotes
  • Reviewed before sending
  • Automatic calculations and reminders
  • Transparent usage costs

Redesign & migration

Is your current website slow, dated or hard to edit? We keep the useful content, rebuild it properly, and every old address Google still knows is redirected to the right page. The new site is tested on a temporary address before the switch.

  • Content and images carried over
  • Old addresses redirected
  • Fully tested before the switch
  • Switchover without downtime

Art direction

Before a single line of code, we present three directions: colours, typefaces, patterns and a page mock-up. You choose, we refine. If you already have brand guidelines, we follow them to the letter.

  • Three directions to choose from
  • Mock-up before development
  • Existing brand guidelines respected
  • Logo and identity on request

SEO & AI search

Your future customers look for you in two ways: by typing a few words into Google, and more and more by asking an artificial intelligence directly. We work on both, so that you are found locally by the people looking for what you do. The technical groundwork is included in every website.

  • Fast pages, easy to read on a phone
  • Structured data for Google and AIs
  • Google Business Profile up to date and linked to the site
  • Opening hours, prices and directions spelled out
  • AI crawlers allowed to read the site
  • Monthly follow-up with the Partner plan

Angoulême Kart Indoor: 1st on Google for “karting angoulême”, and cited by Google's AI

01

Search engine optimisation

Climb Google's results: fast, well-built pages, the words your customers actually type, and an up-to-date Google Business Profile linked to your website.

02

AI search

Be cited when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews for advice (also known as GEO). To recommend a business, an AI has to understand who you are, where you are and what you offer.

Why AI search matters

An AI doesn't answer with ten links: it recommends two or three businesses, the ones it understands best and finds everywhere. If your opening hours, prices or address are vague, or differ from one site to another, it will cite someone else. And more and more people ask it for advice before choosing: not being there means disappearing from part of the searches. No one can promise a ranking, on Google or in an AI; everything that depends on your website, however, we do.
