Every website starts from the same foundation. Packs add an allowance to spend freely in the module catalogue: you take what serves your business, nothing else. Then a subscription takes care of everything.

Modules
Each module has a precise definition and a price set by the time it takes. It is paid for with a pack's allowance, or added to the foundation on its own.
Subscriptions
A subscription is required for hosting. There is no commitment: an email is enough to stop it, with one month's notice. They all share the same base; they differ in the number of changes we make for you, how quickly we make them, and the follow-up.

What isn't one
Beyond the number included, a minor change costs €25 excl. VAT. For a bigger request: a free quote. Unused changes don't carry over to the next month; an outage or a fix is never counted, and whatever you change yourself from your admin area is unlimited.

The domain name is registered in the agency's name: to leave, you have to buy it back.
